The Center for the Sciences of Agrobioresources and Ecology of the Non-Commercial Joint Stock Company "National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is engaged in preparing scientifically based recommendations for identifying priority and specialized scientific directions. It also assists in drafting the National Science Report according to the priority directions approved by the Supreme Scientific and Technical Commission (SSTC) under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
"Rational use of water resources, animal and plant life, ecology"
"Sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex and agricultural product safety."
